Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pemoney → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play. Within 48 hours of a charge you can request one by following Google Play's refund steps. See the Terms of Service.

A bank stopped updating.
Banks sometimes need you to sign in again. Open Pemoney → Accounts; a bank that needs attention shows a message there with a button to reconnect.

Can Pemoney move my money?
No. Pemoney only has read-only access to your accounts through Plaid.

How do I delete my data?
