Delete your Pemoney account

In the app (fastest)

Open Pemoney and go to Settings (the gear at the top right).
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This happens right away and can't be undone.

Without the app

Email pemoneyinc@gmail.com from the email address you use with Pemoney, with the subject "Delete my Pemoney account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your bank connections (they are also removed from Plaid), accounts, balances and transactions
Transactions you logged by hand, notes, categories, budgets, report views and receipt photos
Your settings and your Pemoney sign-in account

When your account is deleted, your data is removed from our servers right away. Copies in our backups (kept only to recover from mistakes or security problems) expire within about 60 days.

If you have a Google Play subscription, deleting your account turns off auto-renewal. It doesn't refund a charge by itself: refunds are handled by Google Play (within 48 hours of a charge, see Support). Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's policies.
