Delete some of your Pemoney data

You can delete parts of your data without deleting your Pemoney account. To delete everything, see Delete your account.

In the app

• A bank account and its transactions: Accounts → tap the account → Remove account. When the last account of a bank is removed, the bank connection is also removed from Plaid.
• A transaction you logged by hand: open it → ⋯ → Delete.
• A receipt photo: open the transaction → tap the photo → Delete.
• A note: open the transaction and clear the note.
• Categories, budgets and report views: delete them where you created them (Categories tab, Budgets card, report view picker).

By email

Email pemoneyinc@gmail.com from the email address you use with Pemoney and tell us what to delete (for example "all transactions from Chase" or "all receipt photos"). We'll confirm and do it within 30 days.

What happens

Deleted items disappear from the app right away and are removed from our servers within about 30 days; copies in our backups expire within about 60 days after that. Your account and the rest of your data stay as they are.
